At IzzyShopper, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. However, we understand that there may be instances where
a refund is necessary. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

Customers may cancel an order before it's dispatched for delivery. Once an order is canceled, our team will review the request to ensure the order has not been processed for delivery. Refunds will be processed within 12 hours after review, depending on the status of the order.

Non - Refundable Situations

If an order has already been dispatched for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Perishable or personal hygine items cannot be returned or refunded unless there's a defect or issue with the product that has been delivered by the rider or driver.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, refunds may take 1-5 business days to reflect in the customer's account which the customer will be notified.

Issue With Orders

If a customer receives a wrong, damaged or defective item, they must report it within 24 hours of delivery for review. If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or a refund depending on the availability of the damaged products.
